How to file a copyright infringement notice with Movies Total HD.
1. Introduction
Movies Total HD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly reported to us.
This page outlines the procedure for submitting a copyright infringement notice and for filing a counter-notification if you believe your content was removed in error.
2. Important Note About Our Service
Movies Total HD is a website that curates and shares links to movies, TV series, and other video content from publicly available third-party sources. We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. All video content displayed on this site is embedded from or linked to third-party streaming services (such as vidsrc.me, vekna402las.com, and others).
Therefore, we can only remove the links and embedded content from our website, not the actual video files from third-party servers. If you are a copyright holder and find your work on our site, you have two options:
- File a DMCA notice with us to have the link/embed removed from Movies Total HD.
- Contact the third-party hosting service directly to request removal of the source video.

(Please provide the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on our site where the infringing material appears.)
- Your contact information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
